Always look at handwriting and signature side by side. This comparison is where most of the useful insight lives.
When the two match in size, slant and pressure, the writer is fairly at ease with themselves in public.
When they differ sharply, the writer is presenting a version of themselves that is bigger, smaller, bolder or more hidden than who they usually are.
